Happy Pancake Tuesday Ladies & Gents!
I can’t wait to go home and stuff myself with these Ladies and sit down and watch a movie with a nice of hot cha!
Alot of us are being more health conscious and we think before eat. So I’ve set out the Ingredients and instructions for you to enjoy some guilt free pancakes today.
It’s only once a year go ahead spoil yourself –
1/2 cup nut butter, I prefer almond butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Scoop of Protein Powder (If your into that or if you have it) Mainly for people who work out
Preheat the panto 350 degrees fahrenheit
Combine all of your ingredients in your blender or food processor and mix well until you have a batter
Grease your pan with coconut oil and pour your batter making 3-4 inch pancakes
Cook 2-3 minutes per side and then flip for 2-3 minutes
Serve topped with some grass-fed butter or some Nutella or Natural Low Fat Yoghurt with Strawberries & Berries
