Last week I blogged about the Paleo Meal Plan and how I love it.
So,for the next ten weeks I am going to Blog a weekly Meal Plan for you Lolly Style that I would like you to follow if your on a healthy buzz or you feel like you need a little helping hand with your diet.
I promise you if you follow this for the next 10 weeks you’ll be delighted with how you will look and feel in ten weeks. You’ll begin to see a difference in just one week. Go on try it I know you want to 😉

Bowl of berries /w coconut milk (You’ll get the Coconut Milk in any Asian Shop or Health Store. A lot
more reasonable in the Asian Shops though! Try the one on the Quay in Waterford!
Lunch
Salad /w roasted chicken, 1 Boiled Egg cherry tomatoes & olive oil / lemon juice vinaigrette
Dinner
Fresh Fish with as much Green Veg (particularly broccoli that you can get into you)
Snack
Macadamia nuts

Vegetable Omelette
Lunch
Mixed Sushi & Red Apple

Salmon Salad
