Whatever food you put into your body at the point your body will store it as FAT as it will wonder when it is getting it’s next feed again so rather than flush it out naturally your body will store it thinking it’s not getting food again for a while. Drink Mainly Water
Pour copious amounts of STILL water into. You’ll must likely be running to the bathroom like a race-horse but Water has Zero Calories and carbs and little to no sodium. And strangely, it actually helps flush out excess water weight as well as jump starts your metabolism. If it’s just too boring, add slice of lemon or mint leaves and slurp slurp slurp. Drinking it here now as I blog. I am obsessed with Evian Water it’s my favourite bottled water drink. It just tastes the nicest I guess for me!

Ban White Bread and Pasta
