The Pippa O’Connor Make-up Palette

Written by Lolly

Hello Ladies,

Well known Irish Blogger and model Pippa O’Connor has teamed up with Blank Canvas Cosmetics to create The Pippa Palette, this is very handy, contains six shadows and three powders for face.

I am little curious about the amount of input someone has when someone teams up with a cosmetic brand to make a palette with their names on it, quality, formulation and shades of the product maybe questionable, that aside though, this is a nice palette, and a particularly good one for makeup newbie’s or those who like everyday basic products, also there all matte which great.

This is a nice, practical palette which will cover you both during the day and evening, but if you want to add some sheen to the shadows for night-time, apply the palette’s highlighter – Lulu – over the top for that lovely sheen look.

The face products are also very nice. Lulu is a really pigmented gold highlighter which would make a lovely eye-shadow by itself and Pipsy, the peachy pink blush looks great on the skin. Amour, the contour shade, which is the only issue people have with this palette.

It contains basic day and evening shades, these shades though will not work on everyone. Every one of them have warm undertones. So those with yellow undertones and tan wearers will look great in the shades from this palette. It’s not suitable though for pale skinned Ladies, or those with pink undertones.

With that said, this palette is a nice investment if you’re looking for warm toned basics. The Pippa for Blank Canvas Palette will set you back €39.99.

It’s available now nationwide.

Till next time!!!
