14 Day No Mummy Tummy Healthy Eating Challenge!

• NO Food with Wheat or Yeast
• No White Flour WHATSOEVER
• Have as much as you like within reason
• No Carbs after 6pm (Pototoes, Rice, Pasta & Bread
• NO Picking Between Meals
• Chew your Food Thoroughly
• Exercise for at least 30-60 minutes per day
• Drink two litres of water a day it blocks fat.
• No Eating at least 3 Hours before Bed
• No Negative thoughts

Things to know before you start

• You WILL loose weight
• You may not feel well
• You may feel hungrier for the first 3 days
• Stick with it it’s only 14 Days of your Life
• Be prepared to experience increased Energy
• Get Plenty of Rest
• Stay 100% focused for the next 14 days and do whatever it takes to complete it. No more excuses.

If you feel you need more food EAT. Try have some Green Veg Soup. But only have this if you are GENUINELY really hungry.

Ok so, here we go.

DAY 1 to 14
Breaky Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Stick Celery
¼ cucumber
½ small pineapple, peeled and chopped
¼ lime peeled
4 Golden Delicious Apples, Chopped
Flesh of ½ ripe avocado
Small handful of ice
Juice, the spinach, lime and 3 ½ apples, cucumber, celery and pineapple. Place the avocado and the remaining ½ apple in a blender, together with the juice mixture and ice . Give a good whiz for 45 seconds. Pour in a glass and enjoy

Lunch
Chicken, Turkey or Tuna Salad
1 cup of spinach leaves
1 cup of watercress
½ cup of red cabbage, grated
½ carrot grated
½ cup of broccoli grated
½ cup of sweet pepper any colour diced
4 Black or green olives
Egg cupful of cold pressed olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
1 lemon
1 lime
Flesh of 1 large avocado diced into large chunks

Place the spinach, rocket and watercress leaves on a plate or in a small salad bowl, Top with the red cabbage, carrot, cucumber, broccoli,, pepper and olives. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and juice from half the lemon and lime. Toss together. Place the avacodo chunks on top and squeeze over the juice from the remaining lemon and lime.

DINNER
One of the key tips for loosing weights and keeping it off is to have an evening meal FREE of man made carbohydrates such as pasta, spuds and bread. It’s not rocket science really!

For me my Dinner consists of Tuna Tuna Tuna – I am going to grow a fin soon really!
But it has to be fresh Tuna for me. Its loaded with essential fatty acids and full of protein

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic crushed
2 tbsp theme leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
2 Tuna Steaks
1 Small Red onion diced into rings
10 cherry tomatoes
6 green olives sliced into rings

Mix together the olive oil lemon juice crushed garlic theme and black pepper. Pour into a large dish large enough to fit the fish. Add the tuna steaks ensuring they are coated in the oil mixture cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes if ya have time, if you don’t never mind.
Lay each Tuna steak on some tin foil large enough to enclose it completely. Drizzle any remaining juices from the dish over the fish. Divide up the onion rings and place them over the Tuna. Add the tomatoes and olives.. Close the parcel. Ring Howdo ask him what time he will be with you.
Put the two parcels in a steamer and steam for 12 minutes and serve with crunchy salad same as the lunch menu
Or you can have Oven steamed Chicken and vegetables for a change to the Tuna if you prefer

Remember plenty of water 14 days of your life and I can GUARANTEE to you to loose weight
